Contract manufacturer BCI Engineering unveils its own fixed-tilt solar racking

BCI Engineering is released Completely exhausted, a new ground-mounted solar system. Backed by decades of contract manufacturing and engineering experience, Full Tilt is a fixed tilt racking solution with fewer parts, direct manufacturer pricing and versatile module loading and mounting methods.

The Full Tilt System introduces a new type of panel rail, the “Longhorn”. The Longhorn allows modules to slide into strategically placed notches on the rail, allowing the system to self-align the modules and improve installation speed. Structurally independent tables are self-square, eliminating adjustment and increasing compatibility with steep terrain.

With several identical structural components and optimized girders, this six-piece system allows for quick installation without wasting time searching through parts, BCI said in a release. The rotatable rack allows installers to install modules in any position.

“After a painstaking product development effort, we are very excited to introduce Full Tilt and demonstrate how its innovative design delivers time and cost savings beyond what is currently available,” said Chris Bartley, VP Business Development at BCI. “By combining one of the world’s largest solar supply chains with a product specially designed by industry veterans to meet the unmet needs in this market segment, we are able to consolidate two key elements of the value chain and create the optimal fixed tilt. solution in terms of product quality and cost. “
