As part of broader water conservation and climate change efforts, Grundfos has taken its ‘Sustainability on Wheels’ roadshow to Abu Dhabi. During the roadshow, Grundfos showcased innovative water solutions, including the Scala range for domestic use, which offers residents the opportunity to make sustainable choices.
The roadshow visited selected outlets in Musaffah from March 28-30, offering residents, plumbers and retailers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience using the interactive live demonstrations and taking part in a series of sustainability-focused games and quizzes.
Sikander Ejaz, Regional Marketing Director for Grundfos said: “The Grundfos Sustainability on Wheels roadshow is a great opportunity for homeowners and residents, along with retailers and plumbers to understand the many benefits of our unique smart pumps – which not only help save energy, but also water by detecting leaks or open taps. ”
Grundfos is committed to creating innovative solutions in products, including household pumps that incorporate the latest technology and enable users to make sustainable choices, save water and energy, while combating climate change and helping the planet.
The roadshow ‘Sustainability on wheels’ featured a premier showcase of the SCALA1, a smart and fully integrated all-in-one compact water pipe. The Bluetooth solution allows residents to monitor, control and schedule water usage from their smartphone, and includes a calendar function designed to boost homes and gardens.
More than 7,000 villas in the UAE have taken up the deployment of the SCALA2, a breakthrough smart device for the water supply and pressure boosting of homes that can deliver energy savings of 80%.
