The Riverside Company, a global private investor targeting the small segment of the mid-market, invested in Radiant Plugging and Air Conditioning, Inc. (Radiant). The company provides maintenance plumbing, sewage, and HVAC services annually to nearly 12,000 residential customers in the Austin, Texas, metropolitan area.

Brad and Sarah Casebier have owned and operated Radiant since 1999.
