Compagnie de Saint-Gobain SA has entered into binding agreements to sell its Graham Plumbers’ UK merchant business to UK Plumbing Supplies and Wolseley.
The French building materials company said on Monday that UK Plumbing Supplies would acquire most of the Graham branches, the Graham brand and website name, while Wolseley would buy a smaller number of branches.
The Graham Plumbers’ Merchant business is a distributor of plumbing, heating and sanitary products and generated sales of approximately 260 million euros ($308.8 million) in 2020.
The company has approximately 130 outlets and 840 employees.
Saint-Gobain said it expects to complete the transactions in the coming weeks.
