The goal sparked cheers, hugs and fans in the Plumbers Arms in Huddersfield went wild during the celebrations.

It came just an hour after police called plumbers because of the huge crowd singing outside.

The site’s security adviser said West Yorkshire Police were not happy with fans in the venue getting up and singing and police have apparently warned the venue to either keep the situation under control or be shut down.

Officers gave the pub an 8pm deadline to end fan stalling and 150 additional seats have been placed at the venue.
