SCHOOL BOARD APPROVES BID FOR HVAC UNITS | KMMO

The Salisbury R-4 School Board spoke at a special Zoom meeting last week about some work to be completed at one of the schools.

According to unofficial minutes of the meeting, Chief Inspector Tony Whitson reported that he had spoken to the District Attorney about the applicable wages, and that he would like to have the project completed by the summer.

The board voted to accept Smith Heating and Cooling’s $150,675.45 offer to replace the HVAC units.

The bid includes all equipment, materials, piping, electricity and labor to complete the basic building north and south halves project. But it does not include bid bonds.
