The company is withdrawing the registration statement because the company’s board of directors has determined that audits of recent acquisitions cannot be completed until Form 10 is considered effective. Therefore, the Company has made a strategic decision to complete ongoing acquisitions, perform the necessary audits of the acquired entities and then re-complete Form 10 with the updated audited financial information as soon as possible.
