Systemair : supplies smart and sustainable HVAC solutions to Swedish Pavilion at Expo 2020

The Systemair Group is the proud official sponsor of the Swedish Pavilion at Expo 2020, which will take place in Dubai (UAE) from October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022. Systemair and Frico, its subsidiary, will demonstrate the modern climate solutions that allow visitors to the pavilion to breathe clean air and enjoy the cool climate in a smart and sustainable way. The companies will also host several exciting events to educate stakeholders about the importance of achieving optimal indoor air quality without sacrificing energy efficiency.

With this in mind, we have carefully selected the products that provide fresh air supply, which is especially crucial in view of COVID-19. Our solution also offers a minimum of 50% lower electricity consumption and sustainable cooling recovery of up to 65%, which is unique to the Middle East. Finally, the products meet the latest high European and ISO standards, enabling the best possible IAQ with minimal energy consumption. ‘

Systemair supplied ten of its high-quality Geniox AHUs with state-of-the-art control systems to meet the requirements of local environmental conditions and the spatial challenges of the unique structure design. Systemair also supplied a sorption cooling recovery system with special material on the heat recovery wheel, along with fan coil units, a Sysaqua 170 chiller and a roof fan, DVG EC560. The pavilion features two of Frico’s latest generation air curtains installed in the shop and cafeteria.

Systemair and Frico will host a VIP keynote event and reception night at the Expo with world-leading experts discussing trends and innovations related to the next generation of sustainable HVAC. There will also be an exclusive workshop that will elaborate on how stakeholders can use advanced technical solutions to obtain healthy indoor air in their projects, while conserving energy in their projects.
