Solon, Ohio – Tarkett, a leader in innovative flooring and sports surface solutions, is repositioning its residential operations through new branding and additional resources to better align with the needs of its residential customer base. Effective immediately, Tarkett Residential is now Tarkett Home.
“Our growing desire to better engage with the customer and increase brand awareness in the residential space required a change in image,” said Elizabeth Hurley, SVP of sales and marketing/residential. “And as our brand positioning changes, the level of quality and care we put into our products does not change. Our goal is to continue to help consumers create beautiful spaces in the places they call home.”
Tarkett Home, representing the residential segment of Tarkett North America, has officially launched in the US and Canada with the release of a new website: tarketthome.com. The company said it will continue to increase awareness of the new branding through social media, updates to displays/hand tools, materials, business communications and trade show participation through the remainder of 2021 and into the next year.
Tarkett said the new website will provide consumers with inspiration and product knowledge to aid in the buying process. The site also features an extensive catalog of resources, including a new visualizer, which digitally imprints the company’s floor into a photo of the user’s room, and a floor wizard to help users find the right product for their space. According to the company, a new interface for locating retailers will also be introduced in 2022.
