Triad’s president said it will continue to do business under the name of Triad.

“The Triad team is super excited about Enginuity’s ability to help us pursue major projects and design build opportunities,” said Tom Stifler, president of Triad Mechanical in a release. “Our entire team will continue to do business together as Triad, but with the deep banking strength and technical competence that Enginuity has to offer.”

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Founded in 2002, Enginuity provides heating, cooling, piping, mechanical, design, construction and other services to industrial and commercial customers. In 2016, Enginuity acquired the commercial mechanical division of Dry Included.
